Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering integration for AtkinsRéalis transportation projects, managing interfaces, engineering inputs, and deliverable verification within approved scope.

This Engineering Integration Coordinator supports day-to-day project coordination within the Engineering Management TPO. Reporting to the Alliance Engineering Program Manager, you facilitate interdisciplinary integration, interface management, and engineering input coordination. The work includes tracking technical information across packages, identifying design gaps, and supporting client and interface meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate daily integration and interfaces between engineering disciplines
- Track RFIs, assumptions, risks, deviations, ICDs, and issues




- Verify deliverables against approved project scope requirements
- Identify design gaps and coordinate resolutions across disciplines
- Maintain design briefs, logs, and client presentations

Requirements:

- Accredited engineering or related discipline degree
- Five to ten years in linear infrastructure
- Five years coordinating multidisciplinary teams
- Experience with infrastructure design and delivery
- Robust communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills
