Your key responsibilities

As a Senior Consultant in Digital Assets, you will contribute to the delivery of client projects by supporting workstreams focused on bring tokenized assets to the market. You will assist in the development of client proposals, research, preparation of presentations, designing desk launches, client offerings and bringing them to life for our clients.





You will collaborate closely with team members and clients to analyze rapidly evolving Digital Assets market and fit for purpose curate solutions. You will support project management activities to ensure timely and quality delivery.

You will build your network within the Capital Markets sector and the global community, developing your skills and knowledge in Capital Markets products, functions, platforms, regulatory and market structures for Digital Assets.

Skills and attributes for success

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with foundational knowledge of Digital Assets (Digital Cash, Digital Real-World Assets including crypto and tokenized securities), Capital Markets trade flows (front, middle, back office),risk management, data, technology, regulatory compliance, market infrastructure.
- Proactive and curious mindset with a willingness to learn and ask insightful questions.
- Effective communication and presentation skills to support the clear articulation of ideas and findings.
- Ability to work collaboratively in teams and adapt to new challenges.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet client requirements.
- Eagerness to build relationships within the industry and across EY’s global Digital Assets community.
- Intellectual curiosity to stay informed on industry trends and innovations.

To Qualify for the Role You Must Have





- 3-6 years of relevant experience in the Digital Assets industry, ideally gained through a consultancy, financial services firm, digitally native firm, within a dealer or market infrastructure provider.
- Understanding of front-to-back Capital Markets trade flows for Digital Assets products.
- Experience supporting project delivery with strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to learn and use relevant tools and software.
- Strong teamwork and client service orientation.
- Demonstrated professionalism and integrity in previous roles.
- Availability to travel as needed within and outside of Canada and flexibility to work beyond standard hours when necessary
