Drive leasing and resident experiences at Bozzuto as an Assistant Property Manager, using sales aptitude and property operations expertise. Weekend work is required one to two times monthly.
This Assistant Property Manager role supports community performance through rent collection, delinquency management, personalized tours, and positive resident interactions. You will help maintain impeccable interiors and exteriors while representing the Bozzuto brand professionally. The position also requires coaching team members and leading when the Property Manager is absent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct personalized community tours that result in current leases
- Achieve financial objectives through rent collection and delinquency management
- Build brand loyalty through positive resident interactions
- Maintain impeccable community interiors and exteriors
- Lead the community when the Property Manager is absent
Requirements:
- Four-year college degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Two-plus years in property management, hospitality, or retail
- Exposure to revenue, P&L;, and budget management
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Competence with YARDI, apps, and computer programs
