A bit about the role

As a Regional Community Services Facilitator, Lower Mainland & Fraser Valley you’ll be the bridge between the BC SPCA and the communities we serve. You’ll work closely with internal teams, local partners, volunteers and residents to deliver services that are thoughtful, inclusive and responsive to real community needs.

You’ll be connecting with people, coordinating services, solving problems and assisting both animals and their humans to get the support they need.

You’ll also play a key role in growing our volunteer network, collaborating with local governments and social service organizations, and helping us understand what’s working – and what could be better.

The Impact You’ll Have

This isn’t just a job – it’s a chance to create real, lasting change.

As a Regional Community Services Facilitator, you’ll be the reason a family can keep their beloved pet during a tough time. You’ll help ensure that someone facing housing insecurity doesn’t have to choose between shelter and their animal. You’ll empower volunteers to make a difference in their own communities. And you’ll help shape a more compassionate, inclusive approach to animal wellbeing – one that sees people and animals as part of the same story.

Your work will ripple outward: stronger communities, healthier animals,

and a more connected, caring world.
