Lead Assurance learning initiatives at PwC Canada through instructional design and project management, supporting traditional and virtual classroom environments.

As an Assurance Learning and Development Program Manager, you will create relevant learning and performance improvement solutions. You will consult across PwC to align curricula with strategy, while coordinating stakeholders, subject matter experts, instructors, and L&D; colleagues. Your work supports audit and accounting training programs, compliance activities, and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build relationships across Assurance, Human Capital, offices, and global teams
- Identify learning needs and develop suitable strategies
- Develop course content with subject matter experts
- Execute program plans covering budgets, scheduling,



communications, and evaluations
- Coach and develop project specialists and shared services staff

Requirements:

- Experience developing or delivering audit or accounting training
- Robust consulting, project management, and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and tight deadlines
- Supervisory and facilitation skills
