This director-level role owns recent partner transitions from planning through business-as-usual handoff. You will assess complexity, oversee execution, and improve operational experiences across Q Wealth. The position also leads scalable training for partners and their teams across systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess transition timing, complexity, resourcing, and bespoke partner requirements
- Approve transition plans and maintain established service levels
- Oversee active transition reporting, communications, and data collection
- Direct the Manager, Transitions, and support team development




- Build custodian relationships supporting accurate partner transitions

Requirements:

- Experience leading complex operational transitions
- Strength in planning, process improvement, and stakeholder coordination
