The position emphasizes personal sales productivity, client loyalty, conversion, and exceptional service. You will also support omni-channel client development across in-store and online experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coach Clothing Advisors and Specialists to maximize personal sales productivity
- Maintain in-store and after-sales service standards
- Execute Clientele Development activities and Attraction, Retention, and Development




- Drive Herringbone adoption and digital sales goals
- Hire, train, assess, and develop team members

Requirements:

- Minimum three years of retail leadership experience
- Store or department management experience
- Ability to develop others through documented coaching
- Experience with performance improvement plans and tangible improvements
- Business acumen in luxury retail and company initiatives
