DoorDash Canada is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategy & Operations to lead marketplace performance for Dasher & Logistics. You will translate company and regional goals into execution plans for Canada and own pay strategy, incentives, supply programs, and cost controls.

You will build and lead a high-performing team, drive structured analyses, test hypotheses, and deliver durable improvements while balancing growth and cost efficiency in a fast-moving setting.
