Lead IT operations and infrastructure as a hybrid IT Manager in the Anjou area, supporting technology across Canada, the UK, and Europe.

This full time, permanent position requires experienced leadership across cybersecurity, Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and Business Central. You will guide strategic and hands-on technology operations while supporting compliance with Quebec Law 25 and GDPR. The scope includes vendors, digital transformation, process improvement, team development, budgeting, and procurement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead IT operations and infrastructure across multiple countries
- Manage cybersecurity, risk, and compliance requirements
- Oversee Azure, Microsoft 365, and business systems
- Direct vendors, partners, budgets, and procurement




- Guide transformation, processes, and team development

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, or related field
- 10+ years of IT operations or management experience
- Strong Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and Business Central experience
- Multi-country or multi-entity organizational experience
- Strong cybersecurity, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
