Mastercard is seeking a Specialist to support the Mastercard Business Intelligence product. You will work with product, engineering and UX partners to deliver features, track progress, and manage dependencies in a global team.

The role emphasizes translating customer needs into product requirements and maintaining explicit product documentation. You will participate in roadmap execution, assist in issue resolution, and help measure adoption and performance metrics to improve the customer journey
