Reporting to the Production Manager, this Production Supervisor leads production employees and oversees day-to-day operations. The position focuses on resource allocation, operational data, sanitation, maintenance coordination, and employee development. Dairy processing knowledge and supervisory experience support success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, supervise, evaluate, motivate, and train production employees
- Schedule equipment and personnel to meet production targets
- Use operational data to communicate trends and corrective actions




- Coordinate with Maintenance to minimize downtime and protect quality
- Ensure quality, sanitation, environmental, and safety standards

Requirements:

- Minimum three years of progressive experience preferred
- Knowledge of dairy operations, processing, and sanitation
- Solid supervisory and leadership skills demonstrated through experience
- Proficient computer skills; Kronos knowledge is an asset
- Strong communication, mathematical, organizational, and time management skills
