Description: Talently is seeking a Corporate Counsel on behalf of a high-growth insurance provider. The successful candidate will provide strategic legal and regulatory guidance regarding insurance products, compliance, distribution, claims, and corporate initiatives.



Responsibilities include overseeing subsidiary corporate governance across Canadian provinces, drafting and reviewing insurance-related contracts, and designing legal compliance training programs for internal stakeholders.
Eligibility: Applicants must hold an LLB or JD from an accredited Canadian university and a current license to practice law in Canada.
