As a Senior Software Engineer, you will lead, mentor, and support engineers while contributing hands-on to development. You will guide architecture, code reviews, technical decisions, and delivery across a retreating monolith and growing microservices. The role supports BlueMatrix applications for investment research publishing, distribution, analysis, and communications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor, and support a team of engineers

Requirements:

- Five-plus years of software engineering experience

- Experience with AWS Lambda, ECS, SQS, Kinesis, and Terraform
- Experience delivering scalable systems and reliable REST APIs
