As Senior Manager, Automation, you will guide enterprise automation across CIBC’s Enterprise Data Management team. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive automation strategy
- Guide automation platform roadmaps and enhancements
- Lead and mentor Power Platform developers
- Design and deploy scalable automation solutions
- Establish automation development, quality, and governance practices
Requirements:
- Eight or more years in data management or related fields
- Four or more years of automation experience
- Three or more years managing direct reports
- Expertise with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
- Solid understanding of Python, SQL, and Databricks
