Black & McDonald Limited is seeking a Holder of Record (HoR) to lead safety on site, ensure proper isolation and energization controls, and authorize workers on equipment. The HoR will ensure compliance with Work Protection Procedures, communicate effectively, and coach field teams on outages, projects and modifications.
The role requires solid procedural discipline, reporting to the HoR Superintendent, and the ability to coordinate with clients while maintaining safety standards and schedules.
