Commissionaires NL is seeking a Night Shift Supervisor/Trainer for Avalon Mall in Newfoundland & Labrador. This full time role includes supervising night staff, delivering site-specific orientations, and ensuring post orders, openings and closures are followed.

You will oversee CCTV, respond to emergencies, conduct investigations, train new hires, and promote safety, diversity and compliance across the team.
