About the Role

Boast is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead demand generation, content and event marketing while managing and developing a team of three.

Reporting to the VP of Sales & Marketing, you’ll own the execution and performance of paid digital, content, partnerships and affiliates, brand, events and broader campaign programs. You’ll work closely with Sales, Business Development and SDR teams to turn marketing activity into pipeline and revenue, while partnering with the VP on brand and product marketing direction.

Campaign expertise is especially important in this role. We’re looking for someone who deeply understands how to build and optimize campaigns across Canada, including the nuances of different regions and audiences, and who can bring robust recommendations about which channels, messages and approaches are most likely to perform.

This is a hands‑on leadership role for a versatile, data‑driven marketer who has run multi‑channel demand generation programs at scale, understands the technology space and enjoys both leading a team and staying close to the work.
