Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Primary Care Mental Health Practitioner (PCMHP) to join the Adult Community Mental Health Services in Mid Essex. This full time, fixed-term role is based in General Practice to triage, assess, and follow up patients registered with local GP practices in the Braintree area.

The post is 37.5 hours per week on a 12-month contract. You will work autonomously as a skilled Mental Health Nurse, collaborating with GPs and Consultant
