The role focuses on coordinating volunteer recruitment, engagement, community partnerships, and group programs to support our mission of helping families stay together during hospital stays.

The position reports to the Manager, People & Culture and involves developing pipelines, youth pathways, and meaningful volunteer experiences across BC & Yukon, including
