BDO Canada LLP is seeking a Talent Development Program Manager on a 12-month maternity leave backfill within the national Talent Development team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Programs, you will lead design, delivery, and continuous improvement of leadership development initiatives and other programs.

This hands-on role requires solid facilitation, collaboration across dispersed teams, program management, and the ability to translate strategy into practical learning experiences.
