Avenue Living Residential is a leading private rental operator in Western Canada. We are looking for a Seasonal Property Support team member to work casually from late October 2026 to April 2027. The role focuses on crucial winter maintenance tasks, ensuring our properties remain safe and accessible during icy conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete snow and ice removal logs using Site Foto’s app
• Report maintenance issues to the Residential Portfolio Manager
• Handle additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Available Saturdays, Sundays, and Statutory holidays
• Minimum one year of general labor experience
• Technologically savvy and independent worker
• Valid driver’s license with a reliable vehicle
• Clean driver’s abstract and CSA-approved steel-toed boots
