KARL STORZ North America is seeking an AR Team Lead to oversee daily AR operations, guide staff, and ensure timely collections. You will partner with internal teams to improve cash flow, resolve disputes, and maintain data integrity across ERP systems.

The role requires senior AR experience, strong Excel and analytics skills, and the ability to manage priorities in a healthcare-adjacent environment. Hybrid work arrangement with in office and remote days is offered.
