The Vancouver Aquarium is seeking a Banquet Cook to assist with supervising food production for banquets and ensure adherence to food safety standards and culinary quality. Reporting to the Chef de Partie, you will help manage tasks, portions, and presentation per recipes and production sheets.

Requirements include Food Protected certification, Hepatitis A proof, 2 years of kitchen experience with at least 6 months in a supervisory role, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a
