In this position, you will drive production reliability and operational readiness by collaborating with diverse teams including security, network, and data specialists. Alongside supporting Azure and Databricks environments, you will troubleshoot platform-related issues and manage alerts through various monitoring tools. This role requires a proactive approach to incident resolution while maintaining documentation and operational controls.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and support Azure and Databricks environments
• Respond to incidents and service requests




• Troubleshoot Azure and Databricks related issues
• Support Azure networking and connectivity components
• Manage operational monitoring using Azure Monitor and Grafana
Requirements:
• 3+ years supporting Azure cloud infrastructure
• 1+ year experience with Databricks environments
• Knowledge of Azure Storage services and networking concepts
• Experience with JIRA and ServiceNow
• 1+ years in Windows and Linux administration
