Southern Health-Santé Sud is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide patient-centered care across acute and home care settings. The LPN will apply nursing processes, maintain skilled standards, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.

Applicants must be bilingual (English/French), hold a CLPNM registration, and demonstrate autonomous decision‑making, strong organization, and adaptability to shift patterns including days, evenings, nights and weekends.
