Your leadership will ensure safety standards, compliance, and excellence in service. Key areas include supervising staff, managing budgets, and coordinating ice maintenance schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and develop operational staff and training programs
• Ensure Health and Safety Standards compliance
• Coordinate major ice maintenance schedules
• Troubleshoot non-routine issues swiftly
• Maintain company assets on the FAME database
Requirements:
• Valid Refrigerator Operator Certificate required
• 2-3 years' experience supervising teams
• 3-4 years' experience in ice maintenance
• Solid communication and computer skills
• Knowledge of HVAC operation and facility maintenance
