Blackline Safety is seeking a seasoned Executive Assistant to partner with the CEO and ELT. The role drives calendars, travel, and executive communications in a high-visibility workplace.

You will coordinate Board activities, prepare materials, and ensure smooth cross-functional collaboration to support strategic priorities. Ideal candidates have 5+ years supporting C-suite leaders, strong writing and organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft 365.
