You will supervise two staff accountants, review monthly packages from property managers, and support the external audit and quarterly board reporting.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and 5+ years of accounting experience, real estate/audit exposure preferred; solid Excel skills and Yardi Voyager experience.
