In this full time role, you will collaborate with the Faculty of Health and other departments to facilitate programs that support first-year Health students. Your focus will be on aiding students in developing academic and professional skills for a vibrant university experience. You will lead orientation efforts, supervise student leaders, and engage in continuous improvement of student programs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop programs assisting first-year students’ adaptation
• Supervise and mentor over 100 student volunteers




• Collaborate on the Waterloo Ready program
• Analyze surveys to improve student services
• Coordinate graduate studies and convocation events
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Health or related field
• Experience in student engagement and communications
• Strong project management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office tools
• Current standard level of first aid certification
