Key Responsibilities:
• Assist students with self-help and personal care needs
• Support educational programs focused on social and behavioral skills
• Work effectively in one-on-one and group settings
• Document student progress and needs accurately
• Employ strategies for diverse learning styles and individual programs
Requirements:
• Post-Secondary training as an Educational Assistant
• Experience with behavioral strategies in educational settings
• Knowledge of documentation procedures and computer proficiency
• Familiarity with alternate communication strategies
• Criminal records check with vulnerable sectors verification
