Job Description / Duties

- Assist Autopac customers by providing product and service information
- Offer insurance solutions that fit clients’ needs
- Quote and sell Travel Health Insurance polices
- Maintain MPI & office inventory
- Handle basic admin functions for personal lines department

Qualifications / Required Skills

- Customer Service Experience, in the Insurance Industry or similar
- Hold a Level 1 or higher license, or have completed Fundamentals of Insurance
- Proficient in Microsoft programs, including Word & Outlook
- Applied Epic experience preferred but not a requirement




- Experience in processing Autopac transactions and positive knowledge of the IWS System preferred, but not required
