You will partner with Sales and Operations to ensure effective load handling, maintain operational procedures, and analyze sales activities. Your role will also include proactive business development and maintaining timely communication with clients and carriers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with Sales and Operations to schedule and track loads
• Manage day-to-day relationships with key carriers and clients




• Verify timely pickups and deliveries, resolving discrepancies
• Maintain operating procedures and update as necessary
• Review past sales activities for trends and expectations
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in account management in 3PL logistics
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Calm under pressure with superior business acumen
• Proven time management and task accomplishment skills
• Bilingual in English and French is mandatory
