Harrisville Pharmacy is looking for a full time pharmacistto join our team in Moncton.

We are a locally owned independent pharmacy with a differentapproach to community practice. Our pharmacist-led primary care model puts thepharmacist at the front line of care, combining excellent prescription andmedication management with assessment, prescribing, injections, vaccines andother clinical services within the pharmacist's scope of practice.

If there is an area of pharmacy practice that interests youand you see an opportunity to develop it, we want to hear about it. You willwork directly with a pharmacist-owner who is prepared to support good clinicalideas and explore how they can be developed safely and sustainably.

Harrisville is part of Wholehealth Pharmacy Partners, butthe pharmacy is locally owned and operated. Employment, staffing andday-to-day practice decisions are made here in Moncton by the owners. Thereis no distant corporate office deciding what kind of pharmacist you should be.

We are particularly interested in talking with pharmacistswho want to use more of their training and professional judgment, or who havefound it difficult to expand their practice in their current environment.

We are looking for someone who:

- islicensed, or eligible to be licensed, as a pharmacist in New Brunswick;
- iskind, empathetic and genuinely enjoys getting to know patients;




- isfriendly and neighbourly while maintaining strong professional standards;
- isclinically curious and interested in practising broadly within thepharmacist's scope;
- valuespatient safety, good judgment, teamwork and professional accountability;
- canremain calm and thoughtful when the pharmacy gets busy;
- iscomfortable asking questions, sharing ideas and helping us improve how weprovide care; and
- wantsto work somewhere where the patient relationship still matters.

English is required. Bilingualism in English and Frenchis a definite asset, but it is not a requirement.

This is a full-time position. Compensation is $55–$60/hour ,depending on experience and qualifications. Schedule, benefits and the otherdetails of the position will be discussed openly during the recruitmentprocess.
