Description
Hello. It’s nice to meet you.
If you’re looking for a challenge, you’ve come to the right place. We can’t promise where you’ll go, but we do promise no two All Weather journeys are the same because no matter who you are or where you come from, we’re all building something. Every single one of us. Whether it’s a home, a career, a family or a future, we’re all searching for growth. This is our story too. For more than 45 years, we’ve built the All Weather Group into the largest privately owned and operated window, door and glass manufacturer in the country. But in some ways, we’re just getting started.
Are you ready for this?
At All Weather at Home, you’ll be challenged to think on your feet, learn on the job, and make an impact in big and small ways. We won’t hold your hand, but we will have your back as you build the skills, experience, and career you deserve.
We’re looking for a Showroom Consultant to be the front-line connection point between our customers, sales team, and service teams. From welcoming customers into our showroom to answering calls, qualifying leads, coordinating installations, and helping resolve customer concerns, you’ll play an important role in creating a seamless customer experience.
If you’re organized, customer-focused, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in getting the details right, this could be the role for you.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers and direct them to the appropriate department
- Answer customer calls, emails, and inquiries and help resolve concerns
- Provide information on our window, door,
and installation products and services
- Capture and qualify leads from phone, email, and online inquiries and enter them into our CRM
- Book showroom product installations and coordinate with sales and service teams
- Support customers with payment processing, account setup, and payment follow-up
- Maintain accurate electronic customer records and documentation
- Support the sales team and Customer Service Professionals (CSPs) as needed
- Maintain strong product knowledge and keep showroom displays and literature current
- Help ensure every customer interaction is professional, responsive, and positive
Are you built for this?
We hire as much for attitude as we do for experience, because who you are is just as important as what you can do. Here’s who and what we’re looking for.
- High School diploma required; post-secondary education is an asset
- 3–5 years of strong customer service experience
- Industry experience in windows and doors, construction, building supply, or manufacturing is an asset
- Strong knowledge of window and door products is preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CRM and quoting software experience is an asset
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, courteous, and customer-focused approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
What’s in it for you?
