As a Senior ESG Analyst at CSL, you'll play a vital role in advancing our ESG strategy. This position focuses on decarbonization, ESG reporting, and regulatory compliance. You will also be involved in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment with our ESG priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute decarbonization and climate strategies
• Lead preparation of the Sustainability Report




• Monitor global ESG-related regulations and evaluate impacts
• Collaborate across functions for effective ESG communication
• Prepare dashboard reports for stakeholders
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 4+ years of experience in ESG or sustainability roles
• Strong analytical skills, especially in Microsoft Excel
• Proficiency with Power BI or similar tools
• Excellent communication skills in English and French
