The New Brunswick Extra-Mural Program (EMP), often called the hospital without walls, seeks a qualified nurse to coordinate care in patients’ homes across New Brunswick. You’ll join an integrated, multi-disciplinary team delivering coordinated primary care in the community.

Applicants must hold a nursing degree, be registered with CNNB or eligible, and have at least 2 years of relevant nursing experience. A valid NB driver’s license and CPR Level C are required, with adaptable shifts and a clean
