As a Senior HR Business Partner, you bring a strategic perspective, sound judgement and a customized approach to complex clients and organizational challenges. You thrive in environments where leadership, clarity, and collaboration drive meaningful progress. You are comfortable building HR policies and programs from the ground up and thrive in environments where structure is still evolving. Highly flexible and organized, you build strong relationships and communicate with the executive presence to confidently advise CEOs and senior leaders.



You bring a solutions‑oriented mindset and are energized by solving complex people challenges across a variety of client environments and industries.

Strong labour relations expertise, including collective agreement interpretation, grievance management, and employee relations in unionized workplaces, is preferred.

You have a proven ability to guide organizations, leaders, and teams through change with clarity and confidence and executive presence. We are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join our team. At Humani, our hybrid work model means working primarily remotely, with onsite support at various client sites based on business needs. As such, local and international travel may be required from time to time.

What You Will Do

- Lead and mentor team members toward successful achievement of company objectives.
- Manage large‑scale, complex or specialized client engagements, coordinate shifting priorities, and provide direction and oversight to multiple team members to ensure timely, high‑quality, effective delivery of solutions.
- Drive company growth through client expansion, retention, and strong client satisfaction




- Expand existing accounts through consistently delivering excellent service both internally and externally by understanding the needs and building long‑term trusted relationships.
- Model the company’s missions and values in all interactions.
- Apply strong Needs and Systems analysis and critical thinking to analyze situations, diagnose issues, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
- Facilitate discussions with leaders and executives to surface insights, assess organizational challenges, and develop structured HR roadmaps.
- Develop HR strategies and recommendations that align with client business objectives.
- Model the leadership behaviors and competency mastery expected at the Senior HRBP level.
- Provide expertise on sensitive employee relation issues, understanding the delegation of authority requirements and risk mitigation strategies.
- Develop, review, and apply legislatively required HR policies and procedures as needed.
- Execute business priorities and strategic initiatives as directed.
- Support operational excellence through consistent processes, documentation, and standards the company sets.
