At Blume, we’re on a mission to create a kinder wellness world. We believe in the magic of everyday wellness rituals and how small changes can bring big impact.

Blume is an omnichannel brand, found everywhere from Amazon to local specialty retailers, Walmart shelves, and Costco warehouses. We’re small but mighty, with big ambitions and an agile, entrepreneurial team building a category-defining wellness brand across Canada and the U.S. Today, Blume is available in over 6,000 retailers and continues to scale rapidly across both digital and retail channels while building a best-in-class community that leads with heart.

Role Overview

Our Brand Team is seeking an Experiential Marketing Manager to bring Blume to life through events, retail activations, partnerships, and community experiences. As the owner of our experiential marketing program, you'll create meaningful moments that connect communities, strengthen relationships with our retail and brand partners, and turn first‑time sippers into lifelong brand fans.

Your mission is to make every in-person interaction with Blume feel thoughtful, memorable, and unmistakably us. You're equal parts strategic thinker, relationship builder, and doer, just as comfortable analyzing event performance as you are setting up a booth in an arena or chatting with customers at a sampling table. You're community‑obsessed, thrive in the sweet spot between strategy and creativity, and feel endlessly energized by bringing people together.
