Support Pantheon’s distributed workforce in Vancouver as a Senior IT Support Engineer focused on macOS, Windows, and identity access. This hybrid role provides regular in-person support for Vancouver employees.

As a senior individual contributor, you will troubleshoot complex technical issues independently and own ambiguous problems through resolution. Your work spans endpoint management, SaaS applications, hardware, Okta, MFA, SSO, Jamf, and Intune. You will report to the Director of IT while collaborating across IT, Security, People, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide empathetic support across devices, applications, networks, and conference rooms
- Resolve complex issues and document escalations thoroughly
- Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, equipment, devices, and access




- Support Vancouver office technology and events
- Improve procedures, records, workflows, and support reporting

Requirements:

- Senior individual-contributor experience supporting distributed employees
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently
- Experience with Okta, MFA, SSO, Jamf, and Intune
- Practical service-oriented approach across technical support areas
- Ability to work hybrid in Vancouver, British Columbia
