As a Data Integration and Migration Supervisor, you will guide enterprise engagements across ERP, CRM, HCM, and business applications. Your work spans cloud and on-premise architectures, with Azure Integration Services supporting scalable solutions. You will balance delivery oversight, technical guidance, and client engagement while managing complex migration workstreams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead enterprise data integration and migration client engagements
- Oversee extraction, transformation, loading, validation, testing, and cutover
- Supervise professionals through guidance, oversight, and career development
- Define integration patterns,
migration methods, security, and performance practices
- Manage resources, risks, issues, and stakeholder communications
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- 5+ years in enterprise data integration and migration roles
- Solid ETL/ELT, data modeling, and integration architecture knowledge
- Azure or other cloud platform and integration tool experience
- Leadership, communication, and willingness to travel to the US
