In this permanent full-time role, report directly to the Vice-President Academic while managing the Centre’s administrative and financial operations. You will establish a positive research culture and collaborate closely with academic faculties to drive creative research programs. Key objectives include enhancing the College's reputation and fostering valuable community partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop research plans aligned with strategic academic goals
• Manage administrative and financial needs of the Research Centre




• Promote new research initiatives with academic faculties
• Foster collaborations with various industry and educational stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with external funder standards

Requirements:
• PhD in a relevant field
• At least seven years of research experience
• Project management certification (PMP) preferred
• Knowledge of research funding and compliance structures
