Key Responsibilities
• Manage international ocean import and export operations daily
• Build strong relationships as the main operational contact
• Develop customer-specific SOPs, KPIs,



and workflows
• Conduct business reviews and performance reporting
• Investigate and resolve service issues and supply chain risks

Requirements:
• 7+ years of freight forwarding or international logistics experience
• Strong knowledge of ocean freight operations and carrier management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and TMS
• CIFFA or CITT designation preferred
