We’re seeking someone to join our team as a Platform Reliability & Prod Support Specialist to be responsible for improving the reliability, stability, observability, and operational readiness of Finance applications. The role requires a strong blend of production support experience, engineering mindset, automation capability, and stakeholder management.

This is a Software Production Management & Reliability Engineering III position at Associate, which is part of the job family responsible for overseeing the production environment, ensuring the operational reliability of deployed software, and implementing strategies to optimize performance and minimize downtime.

What you’ll do in the role:

- Work independently to solve operational and technical problems while supporting business-critical applications

- Drive adoption of Open Telemetry based observability standards, including metrics, logs, traces, dashboards, alerting, and service health reporting.

- Automate manual support workflows, health checks, recovery procedures, and reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational risk.

- Partner with Development, Infrastructure, and Production teams to identify reliability risks, reduce recurring incidents, and implement sustainable engineering solutions.





- Apply reliability engineering initiatives across Finance production applications and SRE principles to improve stability, observability, resilience, and operational readiness.

- Build dashboards, scorecards, and operational reports that provide clear visibility into application health, capacity, performance, and business-critical processing.

- Contribute to capacity planning, resiliency testing, disaster recovery validation, and production readiness reviews for Finance platforms.

- Translate production challenges into engineering opportunities and drive continuous improvement across monitoring, automation, governance, and service operations.

What you’ll bring to the role:

- At least 2 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role.

- Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems and production support environments.

- Experience with observability, monitoring, and analytics platforms, including OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Tempo, Power BI, and related tooling.

- Experience building CI/CD pipelines and using tools such as Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, or similar platforms.

- Familiarity with AIOps, GenAI concepts, enterprise use cases, and major LLM offerings.

- Familiarity with Linux, Python, Java, or another object-oriented programming language.





- Experience working with enterprise and cloud data platforms such as Oracle, Sybase, Snowflake, Databricks, or equivalent technologies.

- Robust understanding of production support practices and SRE principles.

- Experience with Jira, Agile delivery practices, and related collaboration tools.

All our positions are located in Montreal, Quebec. We offer a hybrid work environment, combining remote work and attendance in the office.

Knowledge of French and English is required.
