We are a family in Saskatoon with a newborn baby, looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented part-time household assistant to help with day-to-day household responsibilities. We are seeking someone who can take initiative, work independently, and help maintain a clean, comfortable, and well-organized home as we adjust to life with a newborn.
Key Responsibilities
- General housekeeping, cleaning, and tidying throughout the home
- Laundry, folding, ironing, and putting clothes away
- Changing bedding and maintaining bedrooms
- Kitchen cleaning, dishes, and general household organization
- Walking and caring for our dog
- Organizing household supplies and keeping common areas tidy
- Occasional errands and grocery shopping
- Assisting with other general household tasks as needed Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping, household assistance, or a similar role preferred
- Dependable, punctual,
trustworthy, and respectful of privacy
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and take initiative
- Comfortable working in a home with a newborn baby and a dog
- Friendly, professional, and flexible attitude
- Positive communication skills
- Ability to provide references Additional Assets:
- Experience with meal preparation or cooking
- Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
