I. (Pre-Delivery Inspection) and prepares new Equipment for shipment.
• Exercise new Equipment to maintain readiness status.
• Diagnosing any performance issues and complete required adjustments.
• Install and test upgrades.
• Load and unload Equipment.
• Maintain Shop & Wearhouse cleanliness.
• Completes all required documentation and data entry in service software.
• Follows in detail required S.

• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Continue to train on current models and new models.
• Maintain and enforce warehouse 6S standards to ensure a safe, organized, and effective work environment, including daily audits, corrective actions,



and continuous improvement initiatives. Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
• 1-2 years of experience in Aerial rental equipment repair or new equipment make ready. (compensation based on experience).
• Requires strong communication skills and must be detailed oriented.
• Ability to adapt to varying tasks according to changing volume and business needs.
• Ability to properly complete all required inspection and service documentation including data entry to service software.
• Ability to operate Aerial Equipment for testing and loading and unloading.
