About the Role
As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager & Scrum Master, Dynamics 365 Commerce & Finance & Operations (F&O;) to lead complex enterprise transformation programs from strategy through delivery. This role combines project leadership, Agile coaching, business analysis, and stakeholder management to ensure successful outcomes across business, functional, technical, data, and integration workstreams. As a trusted advisor to our clients, you will work closely with executives, Product Owners, Functional Leads, and Solution Architects to drive alignment, manage risk, remove delivery obstacles, and keep teams focused on delivering measurable business value. You will also play a key role in advancing Amicis' AI-first delivery approach by leveraging Microsoft Copilot, GitHub, Azure DevOps, and emerging AI capabilities to automate project artefacts, streamline delivery processes, improve visibility, and enhance team productivity. What You'll Do
Customer Transformation Leadership
• Lead enterprise-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce and Finance & Operations projects from initiation through post-go-live support.
• Serve as the primary delivery leader and trusted advisor for customers throughout their transformation journey.
• Align project outcomes to measurable business objectives and value realization.
• Build strong relationships with customer executives, business stakeholders, and delivery teams. Project Leadership & Delivery
• Manage scope, schedule, budgets, risks, dependencies, and overall project health.




• Create and maintain integrated delivery plans across business, functional, technical, and integration workstreams.
• Lead project mobilization, planning, execution, testing, deployment, and hypercare activities.
• Facilitate executive steering committees, governance sessions, and status reviews.
• Drive successful delivery of Microsoft FastTrack and implementation milestones.
• Coordinate internal teams, customer teams, and third-party partners. Agile & Scrum Leadership
• Champion Agile ways of working across customer engagements.
• Act as Scrum Master and Project Manager where appropriate.
• Support resource planning and team capacity management.
• Facilitate sprint planning, grooming, reviews, retrospectives, and release planning activities.
• Partner with Product Owners, Solution Architects, and Functional Leads to maintain healthy backlogs and delivery roadmaps.
• Establish delivery metrics that improve transparency, predictability, and team performance.
• Experience managing scrum teams within a story and task management system such as DevOps, GitHub, Jira, or Asana
• Experience in gathering requirements, business analysis, user research and understanding of what it takes to gather the necessary insights to inform great product decisions
• Coach customers and project teams on Agile and Scrum best practices.
• Help evolve Amicis' Agile delivery framework and project management standards. What You'll Bring Required Experience
• 7+ years of enterprise Scrum or project management experience.
• Experience delivering complex full lifecycle ERP, commerce, or digital transformation projects within a hybrid model.
• Expert level knowledge on project management software such as GitHub or Jira
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and traditional project delivery methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and can clearly articulate your product decisions (you will be leading client engagements and stakeholder management is a core function).
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to generate client buy-in.




• Proven ability to manage project budgets, forecasting, risks, and contractual commitments. Nice-to-Haves
• 3+ years leading Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce and/or Finance & Operations implementations.
• Microsoft FastTrack delivery experience.
• Retail, hospitality, restaurant, aviation, or service industry experience.
• Experience with Azure, Power Platform, Data & Analytics, Copilot, or AI-enabled business solutions.
