WHAT YOU WILL DO Review alerts, camera footage and vehicle data to confirm whether a collision or security event has occurred, then escalate to the emergency response team Respond to security alerts involving the vehicle Validate navigation data against real-world road conditions Identify recovery options for disabled or weather-affected vehicles Flag hazards involving vulnerable road users and emergency vehicles Take escalations from first-line specialists and route safety events to the emergency response team WHAT YOU BRING Sustained attention and fast anomaly spotting across live video and vehicle data Decisiveness under ambiguity on safety-critical calls in varied conditions Spatial reasoning and strong knowledge of road rules and traffic controls Strict procedural discipline and consistent execution of procedures Calculated, structured decisions; communication is internal and data-driven MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS 1+ year of analytical, technical, traffic or safety operations experience Robust attention to detail and comfort with long screen-based monitoring Fluent English plus the official language of the country Sound, fast decisions on safety-critical events with incomplete information Able to work rotating 24/7 shifts and pass a background check
