• Lead by example on the floor, bringing positive energy and a genuine passion for hospitality to every shift
• Support, coach, and motivate front of house team members to deliver exceptional service and create memorable guest experiences
• Help coordinate daily service, ensuring the team is organized, supported, and ready to deliver their best

balancing supervisory responsibilities with hands-on service to keep the guest experience at the centre of everything
• Build authentic relationships with guests, taking the time to connect, address concerns, and turn feedback into opportunities to create memorable experiences
• Assist with training and developing team members across front of house positions
• Support the management team with day-to-day restaurant operations, communication, and problem-solving
• Help maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and presentation throughout the restaurant

• Experience working in a full-service restaurant, preferably in a high-volume environment
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience is an asset
• Strong front of house knowledge, including serving and other service positions

• A versatile, hands-on approach and a willingness to jump in wherever needed
