The Role We run cold email campaigns for ourselves and our clients. When a prospect replies with interest, your job is to get them on the phone fast and book them onto a sales call. This is not a cold calling role. Every person you call has already said they’re interested. What You’ll Be Doing
• Monitoring our AI reply agent to make sure every positive reply is handled quickly and correctly
• Calling interested prospects within minutes of their reply to book them onto sales calls What Success Looks Like
• Speed to lead: every positive reply called within 5 minutes
• Meetings booked, and more importantly, meetings held
• No interested lead ever goes cold Who This Role Is For
• Recent graduates with a genuine interest in sales
• Confident and comfortable on the phone, including with senior, high-value prospects
• Wants ownership of the pipeline, not just a task list You don’t need years of experience. We care most about attitude, approach and how you come across on the phone. How We Work
