KAYALI Brand Ambassador (Part-Time)

Sephora Locations (Territory-based) Schedule: Hours may vary Compensation: $25 USD per hour Travel: Required based on business needs and event schedule Position Overview KAYALI is seeking an energetic, passionate, and customer-focused Brand Ambassador to represent our award-winning fragrance collection within Sephora stores. This role is responsible for driving brand awareness, increasing fragrance sales, delivering exceptional client experiences, and educating consumers on the KAYALI fragrance portfolio. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about beauty and fragrance, possesses strong relationship-building skills, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. Candidates must be flexible with scheduling, available on weekends, and willing to travel throughout their designated territory as needed, as well as the needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities
· Represent KAYALI with professionalism, passion, and expertise in Sephora stores and at special events.
· Educate clients on fragrance notes, layering techniques, brand stories, and product advantages.
· Deliver engaging fragrance demonstrations that inspire product discovery and drive sales.
· Build meaningful relationships with Sephora Beauty Advisors, leadership teams, and clients.
· Execute promotional events, store animations, launches, and seasonal activations.
· Maintain merchandising standards and ensure KAYALI displays are clean, stocked, and visually appealing.
· Achieve sales goals and contribute to overall brand growth within assigned locations.




· Provide excellent customer service while creating memorable brand experiences.
· Collect and share market insights, customer feedback, and competitive observations with leadership.
· Travel to multiple store locations and special events as required. Qualifications
· Previous experience in beauty, fragrance, luxury retail, cosmetics, or brand ambassador roles preferred.
· Strong Sephora knowledge and experience working within Sephora stores is required.
· Passion for fragrance, beauty, and client education.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and selling skills.
· Ability to confidently perform product demonstrations and engage diverse customers.
· Self-motivated, dependable, and results-oriented.
· Comfortable working independently and managing multiple store locations.
· Reliable transportation and willingness to travel as needed. Availability Requirements
· Must have open and versatile availability.
· Weekend availability is required, including Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
· Availability for holiday, promotional, and peak retail periods as needed.
